- 7+ years’ experience in the field of Child and Sports Psychology
AWARDS AND RECONGNITIONS
Been a competitive swimmer since 2000, and has participated in several district, state, national and international swimming competitions and won over 300 medals.
Won 3 state awards for excellence in swimming-
- Ekalavya award for the year 2010.
- Karnataka Olympic association award for the year 2010.
- Kempegowda award (ward level) for the year 2010.
- Declared as Individual Champion for 4 times in various national championships.
MAJOR SWIMMING ACHIEVEMENTS
- First Indian women to break the 30.00 second barrier in 50 meter Butterfly.
- Participated in 13th FINA world swimming championship held at Rome, Italy in 2009.
- Held the Best Indian performance 2009, in 50 meter Butterfly Swimming event -00.29.01sec from 2009-2017.
- Won 2 gold medals swimming events at South Asian games, Dhaka, Bangladesh-2010 with new meet record.
- Semi-finalist at the ‘commonwealth games held at Delhi 2010’.
